This theory speculates that Spencer Shay likely has pyrokinetic abilities and breaks the laws of physics in some strange way. Which is why most of the things around him catch on fire for no apparent reason after Spencer tampers with them. Some would dismiss his fire hazard related hi-jinks to him being simply accident prone (like burning food on the stove or having art projects with flammable material), though there were a few instances where he tampers with non-flammable material such as a bell or roller skates that for some strange reason catch on fire.
The Mrs. Shay Mystery[]
In the show, Spencer Shay is the legal guardian for his younger sister Carly, and their grandfather occasionally comes by to check up on them, due to there father serving in the military and their mother is well..., missing. A theory that Mr. and Mrs. Shay have split up would be dismissed because if that were the case she would be living with them and taking care of them.
In regards of the previous theory that Spencer is a fire bender who could break the laws of physics, (or based on his clumsiness) it is theorized that Spencer was working on an art project or doing something that caused their house to catch fire, killing their mother in the process.

Spencer and Crazy Steve Are the Same Person[]
According to this theory, Crazy Steve, a character from Drake and Josh,It would also be Spencer Shay from iCarly,And that he would have kidnapped Megan Parker,Drake's sister, after killing Drake, Josh and their parents ,He would then take her to Seattle,She would have been brainwashed into believing she was a girl named Carly,And that his name is Spencer and he's an artist, and hence the events of iCarly .
One of the proofs is that both Crazy Steve and Spencer are played by the same actor, as well as Megan and Carly,Another proof is that Drake and Josh had ended In 2007, the same year iCarly began,Another proof is that Spencer is behaving strangely in iCarly.
Barry From Bee Movie Is actually Freddie father.[]
Both Barry and Freddie share the same surname, Benson ,They both look similar,Vanessa and Mrs Benson also have a similar look ,Both Bee Movie and iCarly were released in the same year, 2007,And both were distributed by the same division ,At the time Dreamworks films were distributed by Viatcom which owns Nickelodeon
