If you have watched Inanimate Insanity 3, you might recognise Bow and MePhone4's relationship in episode 3. But the truth is, that actually Mephone and Bow are both based on a father with a daughter, who is secretly a robot. Both of the characters are based on David and Bo in order to help them cope.
Mephone4: Mephone4 represents the person that the father is, David is extremely lazy and athletic, and hates looking at his embarrassing past of his videos and photos. Especially when he entertains his own audience. (Like when Mephone4 talks to the viewers) Mephone also represents the naive, and guilty appearance of what happened to his daughter earlier.
Bow: Bow is based on the childlike robot named Bo, the character represents Bo forgetting about her past in a car crash, her memories include herself sitting on a chair in her class at her school, and in friends with someone who trusts her, which represents Marshmallow. The causing of herself losing her memories is actually from her epilepsy disorder, causing her to faint and lose her memories afterward. (Like in episode 6, Bow faints out of one of Cabby's drawers) She died in a car crash and was soon in a operation by her father to become a robot so he will never tell everyone he did it. And her ghost was sent to a mansion with a annoyingly, alleged brother, who is similar to Dough, and the two kids she trusts also live in the mansion in order to help herself revive, both of the kids are similar to Marshmallow and her friend, Apple.
